I'm Ali Gutfreund, LMFT. Empath. Change Maker.
After initially working as an educator, I left the classroom to become a marriage and family therapist. Over the course of 18 years, I have worked in various therapeutic settings, including private practice and community clinics. This diverse experience contributed to my skills and expertise in the field of marriage and family therapy. I enjoy working with couples and individuals navigating life and relational challenges. My professional style is founded on acceptance, empathy, and attentiveness. I am committed to providing therapy that is growth-oriented, solution-focused, and transformative.
My Mission as a Therapist

I understand that investing in therapy may seem challenging in terms of time, patience, and finances. Despite feeling stuck and frustrated with life, you recognize the potential for improvement without knowing where to begin. I’m here to collaborate with you, rolling up our sleeves to explore past successes, unearth hidden skills, and reshape narratives. Together, we can work towards meaningful change, focusing on insights, practical solutions, and personal growth. My mission is to offer a therapeutic experience that not only addresses your current struggles but also leads to enduring and transformative changes.
